Running a member program
starts with a plan you can actually carry out.

Each one starts from a business goal and comes with a timeline, setup steps and its limits. Follow it on your own, or let us work alongside you until you've learned it.

These are ingredients

Lucky Spin Wheel · Daily check-in · Streak reward · Hero Leaderboard

A feature list tells you “what's there.”

This is a dish

Come Back for a Daily Spin

The spin wheel unlocks by “total missions completed,” not consecutive days — the number only goes up, so a business trip won't reset it to zero. The login-streak ladder is front-loaded (3 / 7 / 14), so most people get a taste of the rewards in week one.

A recipe tells you “how to combine them, how many days to run, and what users see at every step.”

The same “Lucky Spin Wheel”, 3 different businesses

The part doesn't change — “what it takes to earn a spin” does

The 11 recipes below are examples we've fully written up and checked field by field — anything we couldn't finish verifying stays off the list, so this isn't everything the system can set up.

Campaigns with an end date

6 total

Launch a campaign, push for two weeks, wrap it up and read the numbers. Once the countdown drops to hours, the numbers tick every second — the last 48 hours are when redemptions are densest across the whole campaign.

Why nobody cared about your third giveaway

It's not that you've run too many — what we see again and again is that members learn: miss a one-off event and, oh well, there's always the next one. A giveaway is only ever “won / didn't win,” and once it's over they're left holding nothing.

Every recipe here hangs on the same thread: actions become points, points become rewards, and what builds up becomes levels — what members earn in this campaign is still there in the next. Missing out means earning less, and progress goes with them, so “dropping by to check” turns into a habit.

The 6 recipes above are campaigns with an end date; the 5 below are always-on programs where progress never resets to zero: campaigns bring the buzz, always-on programs keep people around.

Set up once, runs for the long haul

5 total

Once it's set up, it runs on its own — a glance once a week is enough. A member goes on a business trip and their streak resets to zero; the day they're back, the daily draw still works, and their cumulative progress bar hasn't lost a single step.

Of these recipes, only “Store-wide Unlock” grows your list from zero; the rest assume you already have a base of LINE friends. If you have no community at all yet, our start-from-zero plan works with you to build one first.
