Three stages that walk members through an 8-week return journey

Made for service brands with long gaps between visits. The first visit, follow-up feedback and the return visit become three stages, keeping members engaged across an eight-week campaign.

Campaign length

8 weeks

First-time setup

45 min setup

Ongoing cost after launch

10–15 min of photo review daily during the campaign

Times are estimates for running the recipe itself; brand content, reward prep, customer service and results reviews need separate staff time. The scope of training and hands-on support is confirmed based on your plan.

We practice it with you

Together we plan the content, rewards and review duties for all three stages, so each step matches a piece of after-service care.

What we review together afterward

See which stage members stop at and compare it with visit records; first figure out whether the content is too hard or the review wait is too long.

1 / 4 · Day 1

After her facial, the front desk asks her to scan a code into LIFF. She can only see stage 1 — the other two stages don't exist on her screen at all. They're not grayed-out locks; the data can't even be fetched. She uploads a before-and-after of her treatment and gets 100 points.

Stage 2 is pick 1 of 3, so people who don't want to take another photo can still finish.

How to get all kinds of members to take part

Stage 2 is pick 1 of 3, so people who “don't want to take another photo” or “don't want to write a review” each have a way through. The expiry policy must be set to move people on to the next stage automatically — if it's set to block, a customer who misses stage 2 is permanently stuck in the 8-week campaign, which is worse than not running it at all. Every stage pays out points on its own; finishing isn't the only way to earn.

Getting ready to launch · Setup, modules and staffing

What to set up in the admin console (35 fields total)

  1. 1. Build a three-stage mission series on a single campaign timeline

Per stage: unlock condition / completion threshold / expiry policy — 3 stages × 3 fields

  2. 2. Attach photo missions to each stage

Per mission: points / photo required / review required / time window — 5 missions × 4 fields

  3. 3. Use a bonus sub-condition to catch “brought a friend,” at the store manager's discretion

    Bonus toggle / description / bonus points — 1 set × 3 fields

  4. 4. Make the finisher reward a fixed-value voucher, locked behind a level requirement

    Voucher value / validity / level requirement — 1 voucher × 3 fields

Staff time: About 45 min setup. 10–15 min of photo review daily during the campaign (5–15 submissions a day per store, manageable by hand); bonus decisions take about 30 sec each

Prerequisites: Mission series module enabled (we've checked: some projects don't have it on yet)

This play requires enabling the related modules in the admin console marketplace first.

Limits to know before you launch Pitfall × 3
  • Don't promise “stage 2 opens automatically 28 days after the first visit.” A stage unlocks when the previous stage is completed, start and end are fixed dates, and every customer shares the same timeline — personalized due dates can't be done.
  • Photos can only be seen by the member and admins; there's no public display wall. In beauty that's a privacy selling point, but don't casually add “we can turn this into a customer showcase wall later” — that would need separate development.
  • Bonus points get multiplied by the member's level multiplier, so factor that into your budget when setting the amount.

What can't be automated

  • Daily photo review is 100% manual; there's currently no AI pre-screening
