About this demo
Fictional brand and rewards, with time fast-forwarded. No real points or coupons are issued. A real campaign needs missions, points and rewards set up, and a redemption doesn't mean it has been marked as redeemed in store.
What is Loyalty?
Loyalty is Bicome's LINE membership system. It plugs into your brand's current LINE Official Account and uses missions, points, levels and rewards to give friends a reason to come back on their own, with every interaction recorded. We set up your first campaign with you, and it goes live in about 2 weeks.

Not a testimonial of customer results. A digital check-in counts as online participation; in-store use follows each store's own process for marking items as redeemed.

FAQ
Before you decide, start with these questions.
What a LINE Official Account can do, how this differs from a punch card, and who Bicome is. Questions about contracts, switching over and your data are on the pricing page.
Yes. Loyalty plugs into your current LINE Official Account, so friends don't have to add you again. Members complete missions, build up points and levels, and redeem rewards on their member page inside LINE, and every action is recorded. What we can't do, stated up front: LINE group members can't automatically become members (LINE doesn't allow it).
The difference is the record. A punch card only logs a stamp at the moment of purchase, and you can't see who has collected how many; a broadcast message has no next step once it's been read. In Loyalty, anyone who taps in has something they can finish, finishing earns points, and the points have somewhere to be spent. Who is close to a reward and who has stalled shows up day by day in the admin console.
Yes. First we align on which members you want to build relationships with, your goals, and the staff time you can put in. For the first campaign we set it up with you while you watch, and for the second you copy it yourself. The site has 11 campaign recipes, and each one says who it suits, how many settings you need to fill in, and where the pitfalls are, so you can read through them before deciding.
