Recipe 02 · Everyday return visits · Short campaign

Invite lapsed members back with a seven-day rewards week

Give lapsed members an invitation with something in it: one easy mission plus rewards at different point levels, so they know what there is to do when they come back.

A café welcomes back a returning customer; collecting points gives the next visit something to look forward to

Campaign length

7 days / 4 times a year

First-time setup

Setup 40 min

Ongoing cost after launch

Zero staff time during the campaign

Times are estimates for running the recipe itself; brand content, reward prep, customer service and results reviews need separate staff time. The scope of training and hands-on support is confirmed based on your plan.

We practice it with you

Together we set up the come-back mission and three reward price points, and prepare the invitation your brand's LINE account will send.

What we review together afterward

Look at logins, missions and redemptions during the campaign. Next time, adjust the invitation or the reward thresholds first.

1 / 4 · Day 1

He gets a message from the brand's official account. He taps through and sees three rewards in the store, each with a countdown: “6 days 23 hours left.” His points balance is just enough for one of them.

Three price bands: whatever points you have left, there's one you can afford.

How to get all kinds of members to take part

Three price bands guarantee that “whatever points you have, there's one you can afford.” The most common letdown for dormant members is coming back, finding nothing they can afford, and never returning. There are no level requirements on anything, so nobody who comes back gets shut out.

Getting ready to launch · Setup, modules and staffing

What to set up in the admin console (11 fields total)

  1. 1. Pick three rewards for limited-time deals, covering high, mid and low point ranges

For each reward: deal points / deal start / deal end — 3 items × 3 fields

  2. 2. Give returning members one action with an instant reward

    Start / end time for one limited-time mission — 1 mission × 2 fields

  3. 3. Grab the Share landing page link and hand it to your own official account to broadcast

Copy the link; nothing to fill in

Staff time: Setup 40 min. Zero staff time during the campaign. Run it four times a year: about 3 hours for the whole year

Limits to know before you launch Pitfall × 2
  • The system has no marketing broadcast feature and won't send messages to all your members for you — and dormant members won't open the member page on their own. To bring people back, you need your own LINE Official Account, email newsletter or in-store posters. This has to be said up front; otherwise brands assume that once the system is set up, it will find people automatically.
  • Deals are charged for real (anyone redeeming during the window pays the deal price), which turns point liability into physical cost in one go. Your stock number is the most you're willing to pay out, so multiply it by the unit cost before you enter it. Entering “Unlimited stock” means leaving your budget to luck.

What can't be automated

  • Broadcast messages are sent from the brand's own official account; the system only provides the landing page and share card
