Bicome grows your membership with you
We give you the tools — and help you learn the method.
Member engagement starts with a single interaction and builds through ongoing understanding and response. We help you take the first step, then find the next one together.
- 01
Find the right direction first
Want to bring back familiar faces, get points actually used, or know your members better? We agree on the goal first, then pick plays that fit your team's capacity.
Set the goal and direction for your first campaign together
- 02
We do it with you, and teach you how
We walk you through setting up missions, points and rewards, and explain why each step is arranged the way it is. You go from following along to preparing your next campaign on your own.
First campaign setup + admin console training
- 03
Read the records, then move forward
Together we go through login, mission and redemption records to find where members stop. Next time, change one thing first, then see whether it improves.
Review results and discuss changes for the next campaign
We bring the method, setup and training; you bring your brand's content, rewards and day-to-day replies.
Onboarding support, check-in frequency and the scope of managed operations are confirmed with you based on the plan you choose.
Taiwan government subsidy (for eligible Taiwan-registered businesses)
This system is listed on the Taiwan government's Smart Transformation marketplace
The Bicome AI Membership Management Platform is listed on the “Smart Transformation marketplace for commerce and service businesses” run by Taiwan's Administration of Commerce, Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA). Eligible Taiwan businesses can apply for the subsidy under government rules after actually using it for a full 3 months.
Bicome AI Membership Management Platform | 12-month plan
NT$62,988
Total incl. tax · you pay the full amount upfront
Up to NT$31,494
Subsidy capped at 50% of the plan total, paid by the government into your account
This is not a discount at checkout. You pay the full amount, actually use the system for a full 3 months, then apply yourself. If the review approves it, the subsidy is paid directly into your company's bank account — it doesn't go through us, and it isn't credited against our service fee.
6 steps to apply for the subsidy
- 1
Confirm eligibility
You have a Taiwan company, business or tax registration, are currently operating, and meet the eligibility criteria published by the government.
- 2
Apply online in the government system
Register with your Taiwan Unified Business Number, complete eligibility verification, and upload the application form, declaration and supporting documents.
- 3
Buy the 1-year plan
We issue an invoice for the full NT$62,988, and you pay for the full year upfront.
- 4
Get set up and start using it
Complete setup and training, and keep records of actual use for follow-up audits.
- 5
Apply for the subsidy after 3 full months of use
Your brand submits the application to the program administrator itself; we help by providing admin console records and usage screenshots.
- 6
If approved, the subsidy is paid into your company account
The claim review takes about 3–5 business days, and payment of the funds about 10–15 business days.
Before you apply, please note
- · Each business can apply for the subsidy only once, capped at NT$100,000 per business.
- · Applications accepted until 2027/10/20 or until the budget runs out. We suggest confirming your eligibility and applying as early as possible.
- · The claim requires the plan invoice plus at least 3 months of admin console records and usage screenshots; receipts or invoices issued by third-party platforms can't be used instead.
- · Even after the subsidy is paid, the program administrator may still run spot checks from time to time, so we recommend keeping proof of use until the subsidy program ends.
Eligible Taiwan businesses may apply for the subsidy under government rules after actually using the plan for a full 3 months. Actual eligibility, subsidy amount and claim results are subject to the program administrator's final review. FAQ
Before you start, let's talk through your concerns.
From getting the hang of the tools to onboarding, data, and plan arrangements. Read these first, and if you still have questions, chat with us on LINE.
Billing is monthly. A new plan starts on the day you pay, and the first period is charged that day; after that you're charged automatically on the same day each month (if you start on the 29th–31st, it's the 28th of each month from then on). Every period is a full month's fee with no day-by-day proration, and the exact charge dates are shown on the payment page. If you don't want to renew, email us or tell us on LINE before the next charge, and we'll end your subscription before that charge goes through. Service stays active until the end of the current period; periods already charged aren't refunded by the day. If you find it isn't a fit during first-month onboarding, the same rules apply — we'll help you make a complete backup, then end the service.
Within about 2 weeks, and no engineers needed. The admin console comes with Chinese, English and Thai interfaces (some newer pages are still mainly in Chinese) and works much like an e-commerce back office; missions and XP multipliers are all set up by clicking through options. As long as you have a LINE Official Account, we'll help integrate LIFF (the member pages inside LINE), the Rich Menu (the picture menu at the bottom of the chat), and the Messaging API. To be honest: if your very first campaign is the flagship “Store-wide Unlock,” it has a few hard prerequisites — a member account-linking policy, a Rich Menu slot, and push message quota, with first-time setup taking about 150–180 minutes. So for the first campaign we set it up for you while you watch, and for the second you copy it yourself.
Your friends don't have to move: the system plugs into your current LINE Official Account, so your friends stay your friends and not one of them has to add you again. From your very first campaign you can run “Store-wide Unlock” to get friends to tap in, link their accounts, and become members whose activity you can see. E-commerce members can be integrated (Shopline, Cyberbiz, 91APP, and others). Point history from another system can be imported by us case by case and attributed to each member once they link their account. Your data can be fully exported and taken with you at any time. What we can't do, stated up front: LINE group members can't automatically become members (LINE doesn't allow it), and point balances from another system are handled by us case by case — not a one-click move.
The data belongs 100% to your brand. We provide full exports (CSV / JSON / API), so you can take your members, mission records, points history, and analytics with you. After the contract ends, we'll help you complete the data transfer within 30 days.
Mostly, yes. 9 of the 11 can be set up entirely in the admin console, no coding needed; for each of the rest, we first need to add a module switch or an admin console field. But to be honest about two things: a campaign usually means filling in 40 to 60 settings, spread across missions, rewards, and start/end dates in several places. And a few settings will come back to bite you if you don't change them — for example, the redemption limit defaults to “unlimited,” so a single member holding 50,000 points could clear out your entire stock. So our advice is: let us set up your first campaign while you watch, then copy it yourself for the second.
Yes. First, we align with you on which members you want to build relationships with, your goals, and the staff time you can put in. For the first campaign we walk you through setup and explain how missions, rewards, and participation records work together. Then we review the results together and discuss what to adjust for the next campaign. Your brand is responsible for content, rewards, and day-to-day replies; onboarding support, follow-up frequency, and the scope of managed operations are confirmed according to your plan, so your team gradually learns to run it on its own.
A common structural reason for the decline is that one-off campaigns start from zero every time: members walk away with nothing that carries over, so each one lands colder than the last. The difference here is that activity accumulates — points, levels, and redemption history carry across campaigns, so each campaign stacks on the one before. Who's active and who's gone quiet is visible day by day in the member and activity records in the admin console.
