Members see the fun; you set the pace

Every time they take part,
there's a way it's remembered.

Missions, points and levels keep a record of participation. We show you how to plan campaigns with these tools, and how to read your members' next move.

Points = the community currency members redeem for rewards; level (XP) = status — the higher it is, the faster they earn points. Screens are recreated from the live system; themes and rewards can be customized for your brand.

BICOME PLAYGROUND · You have to play it to feel it

Turns out, you want to play again.

Pick a play and feel the reward, the learning and the growth. Then see how to bring that feeling into your brand.

A little surprise makes every tap feel answered

What will you spin today?

Tap once and feel the build-up turn into the reveal.

This demo always lands on 20 points; real prizes and odds are set by each brand.

Turn that feeling into how you run things

Give the first interaction something to look forward to.

One simple action plus an instant reveal gives members a reason to start taking part.

We'll do it with you

We help you pick rewards and estimate the budget, then line up the next brand mission.

Then we think it through together

Once members collect their reward, what else will they do?

See how to run a daily spin wheel

Interactive concept demo, not actual admin console or member-side screens. No members are created and no real points or rewards are issued. Actual plays and how they're enabled are confirmed based on your plan.

Connect your existing member journey

Your current friends don't have to move

1

Plug into your existing LINE

The system plugs into the LINE Official Account you already have — your friends stay your friends, and not a single one has to re-add you.

2

We plan their first activity with you

Start with a campaign that fits where you are now. For example, “Store-wide Unlock” guides friends to tap in, link their account, and then join the shared goal.

See how this recipe runs
3

Integrate it — and take it with you

E-commerce members can be integrated (Shopline, Cyberbiz, 91APP and others); past points records can be imported by us case by case and matched to each member once they link their account; your data can be fully exported and taken with you at any time.

Can't do

What we can't do, up front: people in your LINE groups can't automatically become members (LINE doesn't allow it); point balances from another system are handled by us case by case — it's not a one-click move.

We don't name any tools — we only compare approaches

Same job — the difference is the record

Start from what you already know: collecting points, broadcasts and raffles. We'll work with you to connect them into a member journey you can keep running — and look back on.

01

Manual point logs / paper punch cards

What you do now

A point only gets logged when someone buys; the card sits in the member's wallet, so you can't see who's on which stamp.

What happens here

Every point earned, redemption and mission is a behavior record — who's almost full, who's stopped: you can see it day by day in the admin console's member and behavior record lists.

02

Mass broadcasts

What you do now

The same message to the whole list; once it's read, there's no next step.

What happens here

The message isn't the finish line: tap in and there's one thing to complete. Complete it and earn points — and there's somewhere to spend them.

03

One-off raffles

What you do now

The buzz lasts only as long as the campaign; when it ends it drops to zero, and the next one starts from scratch.

What happens here

Raffles hang off points and levels — what members build up in this campaign is still there in the next.

04

Checking winners and handing out coupons by hand

What you do now

Winner lists are checked by hand; catching missed or duplicate handouts relies on someone's memory.

What happens here

Redemption closes the loop: each coupon issued and claimed can be looked up one by one; in store, staff mark it as redeemed in the admin console, which leaves a record too.

Trade-off

Switching isn't cost-free: how many fields each campaign needs and what has to be done by hand are all listed in each recipe's “Pitfalls” section — read them before you decide.

What members see in Pet Raising | Growth journey

Enough days and enough score — only then the next stage

Members come back each day and tap “Care” once to build up their care score. Only when both conditions — days and care score — are met does the pet grow to the next stage and reveal the next brand knowledge card.

Want to run this? Here's what to prepare
  • Pick a ready-made industry template and apply it
  • Swap each stage's knowledge card for your own product knowledge
  • Decide whether to attach a fully-grown reward

Do you really know seafood?

Question 1 / 2

What's the best way to thaw frozen shrimp?

Thaw slowly in the fridge overnight
Room temperature is fastest
Soak in warm water to thaw fast
Just microwave it
So close!+10 points

Correct answer: Thaw slowly in the fridge overnight

Thawing slowly in the cold fridge lets the ice crystals melt gradually without bursting the cells, so the meat stays firm and the sweetness stays locked in. Warm water or room temperature makes the shrimp soak up water and lose its sweetness — and it breeds bacteria more easily.

What members see in Knowledge Quiz | Explanation after a wrong answer

Turn what you know into questions customers choose to answer

Turn product knowledge into one good question, followed by an explanation card once they answer. It helps members understand your brand — and gives your team practice telling the story in a way that's easier to grasp.

Want to run this? Here's what to prepare
  • Pick a set from the built-in industry question banks, or write your own
  • Fill in the correct answer and an explanation for each question
  • Save, then switch it from draft to published

Comes with 7 built-in industry question-bank templates — edit the wording and they're ready to use, so you don't have to write questions from scratch.

Team challengeRegulars rally their own friends into a team — only once the team is full and they reach the goal together do they get the reward.
Mission seriesA chain of missions completed in order, with one finisher's reward once they've done them all.
Streak challengeMembers come back to check in several days in a row and claim the big prize on the last day.

These screens are recreated from the live system, with the same layout, number meanings and colors. The content comes from the admin console's built-in templates — apply them in one click and rewrite them as you like. All of these plays only show up for members after they're switched on in the admin console's marketplace.
