A one-question poll each month lets members pick next month's product
Even in a month with no new products, you can hear what members think. Run a one-question poll tied to a brand decision, build up preference tags, then tell everyone which direction you went with.

Campaign length
Always-on / 1 question a month
First-time setup
20 min a month
Ongoing cost after launch
20 min a month
Times are estimates for running the recipe itself; brand content, reward prep, customer service and results reviews need separate staff time. The scope of training and hands-on support is confirmed based on your plan.
We practice it with you
Together we turn what your brand wants to know into one easy-to-answer question, and practice setting up the options and preference tags.
What we review together afterward
Review the poll results and comments, then say publicly next time what you adopted, so members know they were heard.

1 / 4 · Start of the month
He opens the home page and sees a poll card: “October limited flavor — which one's your pick?” He votes in 30 seconds and gets 20 points, and the system quietly tags him “Prefers sugar-free.”
Polls have no winners or losers — everyone gets something, and nobody ends up at the back of the pack.
How to get all kinds of members to take part
Polls have no winners or losers — everyone gets something, and nobody ends up at the back of the pack. Likes on the Wish Wall don't earn points, so it doesn't turn into a like-trading contest. Design every option so it looks like it could win — leave out any option that's obviously just filler, or the people who vote for it will feel their vote was wasted and skip next month.
Getting ready to launch · Setup, modules and staffing
What to set up in the admin console (12 fields total)
1. Open one poll question each month
Question / four options / start / end — 1 question × 7 fields
2. Turn poll answers into member tags
One tag per option — 4 options × 1 field
3. Keep the Wish Wall always on, so ideas that weren't picked still have somewhere to go
Switch it on once; nothing more to set after that
Staff time: 20 min a month. Best for brands whose whole marketing team is one person who also runs the social accounts
Prerequisites: Polls module enabled, Wish Wall enabled
This play requires enabling the related modules in the admin console marketplace first.
Other ways to play with the same “Polls”

Limits to know before you launch Pitfall × 3
- The spin wheel milestone list includes a “Cumulative poll votes” option, but the system doesn't actually count it — selecting it has no effect. Don't use it as an unlock condition for poll rewards.
- Poll options are pre-built in the admin console; members can't write in their own answers. For open-ended input, the outlet is the Wish Wall (text only), not a poll. Mix the two up and a client will ask in the middle of the pitch, “So how do customers enter their own answers?”
- When the brand responds publicly, pick the wishes you can actually deliver — and for the ones you can't, still reply with a line on why. Leaving wishes on read hurts more than having no Wish Wall at all.
